WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

 

All in-stock orders typically ship within 1-2 business days via USPS MAIL. BUT fulfillment has been backed up due to COVID, so wait times may be longer than normal). You should receive an email once your item has shipped along with tracking info. It may take some time for the post office to scan and receive it. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, Contact us and we will replace those items.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! International orders ship via the postal service. You may incur import duties or other customs fees depending on your country of residence. We can't keep track of these, and are not responsible if your order gets held up in customs. If you do not see your country available in the shipping options, please send us an email and we can most likely add it.

 

HOW DO POSTERS SHIP?

All posters are shipped rolled in plastic and tucked inside a sturdy mailing tube to prevent damage during transit. 

 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

 

We want your shirts to fit you. All unworn and unwashed shirts can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at support@artmuseselects.com for return instructions and a return label.

Customers are responsible for return shipping on returned items.

Due to their delicate nature, screen printed posters cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged during shipping.

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns

 

WHERE'S MY REFUND?

 

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund.

A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be patient. It may take time before your bank posts your refund.
